Acacia seyal gum is the natural gum harvested from the Acacia seyal tree, one of the two acacia species recognised for acacia gum alongside Acacia senegal. It also falls under the E414 code.
More friable than Acacia senegal, it is used notably in confectionery and in applications where emulsifying power is less critical. For beverage emulsification, we recommend our raw Acacia senegal gum.
